Inspired by
Mark, whom I've never met in person, but had the pleasure of working with briefly, remotely. I decided that if I was going to have a two tap kegerator in my house, I needed to do something to counter that plus some.
I'm not really planning on measuring body fat, weight, etc. I'll know if it's working if I can get into some clothes I used to wear a couple of years ago. Also, not really planning to alter the diet too much, maybe reduce my portion control. Really the only thing that has changed, which prompted me to find a program like P90x is that I just stopped doing any type of regular excercise due to having a couple of small kids in the house, working exclusively from home, and well, apathy I suppose.
Anyhow, this first workout was, well, tough. I completed all the sets, but very low reps. The ab ripper...um yeah...my beer storage didn't like that one.
Needless to say, I'm excited to start doing something.
Lou Ferrigno, here I come.
