P90x Day 38 - Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X
Nice workout today. I'm not a huge fan of doing them so late in the evening, but my schedule is getting tighter and tighter, so I'm finding it easier. Hopefully, it'll change soon. Anyhow, I upped my weight/bands resistance quite a bit just to really work things and it was pretty nice. I also managed to do a few more pull ups than normal, although "corn cob pullups" are still hard for me.
Ab Ripper X, again good. I figure about another week or so and I should have it down solid.
