P90x Day 31 - Back & Biceps & Ab Ripper X
I like this workout, because it's 52 minutes long. I think I'll probably need to get some bigger weights after this week, because of how strong I will be. Curls and chin ups, curls and chin ups. It gets difficult. I can't tell if it's the chin up bar, or my weak back, but I find it difficult to do pull ups after about 8 or 9 reps. So I alternate between the bands and the bar. It seems to work.
For Ab Ripper X, I forgot about it, until about 20 minutes ago, so I quickly did it. Amazingly, it makes a huge difference separating the two workouts. I probably won't do that too often, because of the timing, but something to note for sure.
