P90x Day 36 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps & Ab Ripper X
Doing this workout on Superbowl Sunday was interesting. Because I was hosting a party, I had to do this at 8am. I have to say, while I didn't regress, I didn't really make any gains over last week. I was tired, lacked energy, and all around was pretty unmotivated, mainly because we had family in the next room.
Ab Ripper x went pretty well thought. Definitely getting this one down.
