P90x Day 37 - Plyometrics
Man, what a bad workout. I didn't get to this until 9:00pm tonight, and was already pretty sluggish. I didn't add any additional breaks or pause the video, but I definitely modified a few excercises to get through it.
Hopefully next weeks will be better.
