P90x Day 15 - Chest & Back & Ab Ripper X

Nice workout today.  Improved on all counts. The second set was tough, but still managed to improve on rep count.  Even Ab Ripper was better.  I started adding two sets of  lower back crunches to see if that will help my back.

Despite the improvement I still look like i swallowed my 20 year old self.  Probably has to do with the beer.

Oh well.

Hi Jared. Thanks for your note on my blog. I've been following your daily. I have it load into my Google Reader so I see all your latest posts. I'm glad and honored that you find my posts motivating. Reading yours as well as others has definitely keeped me plugging away. The remarkable thing that struck me today is not only have I been doing this for 70 days, I haven't missed a workout yet(knock on wood). Trust me, I definitely wanted to skip a few! But then I go and read about crazy people getting up at 4 in the morning to do theirs and other strange circumstances and it kind of gets my butt in gear to stick the DVD in. Keep up the good work! Sounds like your doing great and starting to get into the groove. Keep in touch!
