P90x Day 19 - Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X
So I kinda rushed today's workout. I did all the sets, but skipped Tony's talking to get through it, so I could get to an appointment. Needless to say, this is probably my least favorite workout. My legs were achy from Yoga yesterday, and I just get frustrated when I can't do 300 pull ups like Tony does.
The one thing that made a huge difference was doing Ab Ripper first. I breezed through it and maybe only missed about 10 or 15 reps out of all the exercises. My lower back is getting stronger, which makes doing "crunchy frog" and "bicycles" that much easier.
Looking forward to slapping the air tomorrow.

Legs and Back is definitely one of my least favorite. And unfortunately the way my workouts fall, I end up having to do it on a Friday night. When I start a second round of this, I'm going to make sure my rest day falls on Friday.
