P90x Day 40 - Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X
Decent workout today. I've been pretty sluggish all week, but managed to get through this one too. I improved rep count by one per excercise. Considering my sleep schedule, it's pretty good. I still think this is my least favorite workout, but was glad to see I'm not tiring out as quickly.
Ab Ripper X - I did it first, which is a huge difference. It's the first time I was able to do the last excercise all the way through. I normally take a 3-5 rep break at #35, but didn't have to.
Kicking and Punching tomorrow. yeah.
